Rome Man Found Guilty Of Murdering His Wife

Utica, N.Y. - A Rome man who was accused of killing his wife and then dumping her body in a dumpster has been found guilty of second-degree murder.

Jason D’Avolio was also found guilty of concealment of a corpse.

D’Avolio had rejected a plea deal from the prosecutor claiming his 32 year old wife, Kerrilee committed suicide.

No date has been set for sentencing.
