East Syracuse, N.Y. - An Oswego County man faces charges following an assault in East Syracuse.
Police say that 34 year old Djaquinn Johnson and the victim, a 24 year old man, got into an argument Tuesday morning. Johnson punched the man and slashed him in the face with a knife.
The victim required surgery, but has since been released from the hospital.
Johnson, of Fulton, N.Y., was charged with assault in the 1st degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree
