Syracuse University To Lift Some COVID 19 Restrictions

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse University will be easing some restrictions after there has been a reduction in exposures on campus.

The University says results from testing suggest that infections from that off-campus cluster haven’t spread to residence halls, faculty or staff.

Starting tomorrow , University-sponsored, in-person events can resume, as long as they don’t exceed 25 people,other school or student organization-sponsored events that don’t go over 25 people can also resume.

SU says also that social gatherings off-campus must not exceed five people who don’t live together.
