Thousands of voters in Onondaga County are choosing to vote by mail this year.
The county board of elections says they've processed over 50K applications for absentee ballots so far. Voter enrollment is also increasing, with Onondaga County on track to break voter enrollment records later this month. The deadline to register to vote is this Friday. Absentee ballots must be requested by October 27th.
