Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made an arrest in homicide last month.
On the night of Septemeber 17th, 29 year old Shadetta Franklin was found by police in the middle of the road with a gunshot wound to the head. She was taken to the hopsital where she died.
Police have now arrested 22 year old Anthony Sutton Jr. and charged him with Second Degree Murder and Criminal Possesion of a Weapon.
