Syracuse, N.Y. - New York State Police arrested one of their own.
38 year old Nicholas Lotito of Syracuse is accused of threatening someone with a taser at a home in Solvay
It happened while he was on duty.
Troopers say the incident occurred in July and an investigation began on Sept. 7.
Officials say Lotito knew the victim.
He is charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.
