Washington,D.C. - The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) have offcially closed their investigation into the deadly Limo crash in Schoharie.
The board found violations were made by Prestige Limousine, New York State DOT , DMV, and New York State Police. They have determined the probable causes of the crash were the total disregard for safety by, Prestige Limousine. They said State Agencies and State Police could have stopped the company from operating prior to the crash but failed to do so.
The Limo company operator Nauman Hussain is facing several charges.
The accident killed twenty people, including a SUNY Oswego Professor.
