Two people remain hospitalized this morning following two afternoon shootings.
Police responded to Syracuse's Westside just before 5 yesterday after shots were heard in the area. No victims were found at the scene, but a man with a gunshot wound to the midsection arrived at a hospital a short time later. He is listed in stable condition as of this morning.
About 2 hours later, a woman was found shot in the head on the city's Southside. She is listed in critical condition.
