Syracuse University officials say eight total students have tested positive for coronavirus so far.
None of those cases were among people who returned to residence halls on campus over a week ago. Those affected by the illness are currently in isolation and expected to make a full recovery. SU says it'll continue to screen students and announce the number of active coronavirus infections each week.
