A woman was rushed to the hospital following a fire on Syracuse's Southside.
Crews were called to a home engulfed in flames on Hatch St around 515 yesterday afternoon. They were told that a woman was trapped inside on the second floor. Firefighters were able to rescue the unconscious woman and she was transported to the hospital. There's no word on her condition at this time.
The home suffered extensive damage. This fire is now the third major blaze in Syracuse in 48 hours.
