Oswego, N.Y. - Oswego City Police are looking for an alleged kidnapper.
Sunday around 9 in the morning police were called to the Kinney Drugs on West Bridge Street in Oswego for a reported kidnapping.
They met with a man and a woman who claimed they were held against their will by another man and woman who brandished a weapon. The were forced to try and get money in exchange for their release.
Police were able to identify 27 year old Christina Hill, as one of the suspects, and she was arrested.
The man involved,37 year old Anthony Stringham, fled the scene and remains at large.
