The suspect in an Oswego County robbery earlier this week has been identified.
31 year old David Clark was charged with third degree robbery after he stole cash from the Key Bank in Mexico. Clark is accused of stealing over $2K by passing a note to a clerk. Officers were able to recover about $1.5K of the stolen cash.
