Syracuse, N.Y. - New York State Public High School Athletic Association has just announced, there will be no high school state championships this Fall and the start of fall sports will be delayed.
Local play for high school athletes in the fall will still happen, but is being delayed til September 21.
If the fall season gets interrupted or cancelled because of COVID-19, they will hold a condensed fall season in the spring.
