The driver involved in a crash in Van Buren was allegedly under the influence of drugs.
Police say that Tyshawn Allen was speeding on 690 NB Sunday afternoon near the Baldwinsville exit. He then reportedly lost control and hit another vehicle, sending Allen's vehicle airborne before crashing into a tree.
Allen was previously arrested for leading police on a chase in a U-Haul from the State Fairgrounds to Cortland. He has been issued numerous tickets.
