Potential Hep A Exposure At Rome Taco Bell

Oneida County Health officials are warning of a potential Hepatitis A exposure at a fast food restaurant.

Officials say an employee at the Taco Bell on Erie Blvd in Rome tested positive for the disease. Anyone who was at the location at the following dates and times is urged to contact their doctor:

June 24 – 6 pm - 2 am

June 25 - 6 pm - 2 am

June 29 – 6 pm - 10:40 pm

July 2 – 6 pm - 2:40 am

July 3 – 6 pm - 3:45 am

Health officials say that the Hepatitis A vaccine is effective up to 2 weeks after being exposed to the disease
