Early Morning Fire In Syracuse Displaces Several

Syracuse, N.Y. - Several people were forced from their home this morning after a fire broke out.

The alarm came in around 2 at 410 and 412 Burdick Avenue in Syracuse. Fire crews made quick work of it, knocking down the flames within 10 minutes.

Officials say the fire started in the back of the home, which was heavily damaged and it moved to the second floor.

Luckily the building had working smoke alarms and everyone made it out of safely.
