In the 22nd Congressional District, Republican Claudia Tenney took nearly a 70% lead over opponent George Phillips to become the party's nominee. Tenney is looking to take her seat back and challenge the now incumbent Democratic Congressman Anthony Brindisi in November.
The 24th Congressional District saw similar results, with Dana Balter becoming the Democratic candidate over opponent Francis Conole. Balter is seeking to take the seat of incumbent Republican Congressman John Katko on Election Day.

In the race for the 126th Assembly District seat, John Lemondes holds a large lead over Danny Fitzpatrick. Thousands of absentee ballots still need to be counted to determine who will be the Republican nominee for that seat. Longtime Assemblyman Gary Finch announced he would not be seeking reelection after holding the spot for over 2 decades.
Two challengers for the Democratic nomination have unseated an incumbent judge for Syraucse City Court. Shadia Tadros and Felicia Pitts Davis both received an overwhelming percentage of votes over incumbent Ted Limpert.
