Onondaga County Curfew Ends, State Of Emergency Still In Effect

The curfew imposed by Onondaga County over the weekend has been lifted.

County Executive Ryan McMahon and Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh both implemented the curfew in response to protests that turned violent on Saturday. A state of emergency, however, still remains in effect for both Onondaga County and the city of Syracuse.

Police misconduct protests continued into Monday night without any issues.
