Syracuse, N.Y. - Three homicides have happened within eight hours in Syracuse.
The first was related to a call that came in around 1:40 for shots fired at the Griffiths Apartments near Butternut St. One person was taken to the hospital, where he later died. Three people are in custody.
Then eight hours later a domestic disturbance call came in for residence on Hatch Street. When police arrived they found two people stabbed. One was dead at the scene and another died at the hospital. A person has been placed into custody.
Police continue to investigate both.
