Syracuse Shooting Injures Two, One Critically

Syracuse, N.Y. - Two people injured after an early morning shooting on Syracuse's Southside.

Police had taped off an area near South Salina Street and Ballantyne Road around 1 this morning.

Two men were injured and transported to the hospital. A 34 year old, was shot in the midsection and is in critical condition. The other man a 26 year old was shot in the midsection and lower body and is expected to survive.

The investigation continues and police ask if anyone has any informaiton to contact them.
