It looks like New Yorkers are going to have to wait a bit longer to find out if the state fair will happen this year.
Governor Cuomo said yesterday any decision on the 2020 event will likely be made at the last minute. The governor says a lot will depend on the facts surrounding the coronavirus when the fair is scheduled to start in August. Cuomo previously said he didn't think the fair could be held unless all regions of the state are back open.
