Utica, N.Y. - Oneida County Sheriff’s have arrested a Boonville man for sexually abusing a girl.
33 year old Michael Winters is charged with having inappropriate sexual contact with a 15 year old girl. It happened this past winter in the Village of Boonville.
Winters was arrested yesterday at his home and faces charges of one count of Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both of which are Misdemeanors.
After processing, Winters was taken to the Oneida County Correctional Facility.
