Syracuse, N.Y. - An Onondaga County Man found carrying a gun at Syracuse Hancock Airport.
The man was caught this morning by Transportation Security Administration officers with a .22 caliber handgun. The gun was loaded with six bullets including one in the chamber. The TSA officer, spotted the gun in the checkpoint X-ray machine and contacted Syracuse Police.
Police confiscated the weapon and detained the man, who is a resident of Clay.
The man told police that he forgot that he had his loaded gun with him.
