Syracuse, N.Y. - Police have identified a body that was found in a burning car
On Tuesday April 2st just before 2am, police and firefighters reponded to the 100 block of Herbert St. for a vehicle fire. Upon arrival, Officers and Firefighters discovered a vehicle on fire. The fire was extinguished, and upon further inspection, they found a deceased male. That man has been identified as 44 year old Justin Dougall.
The investigation is active and ongoing; anyone with information is asked to call the Syracuse Police Department.
