Hastings, N.Y. - A West Monroe man was killed last night after being thrown from his vehicle in a crash.
State Police say that 30 year old Joseph Bisbo of West Monroe,was most likely driving at a high rate of speed, around 6pm on 81 South near the Onondaga / Oswego County border, when he lost control.
The vehicle overturned several times before coming to a rest in the median grassy area. Troopers say Bisbo was thrown from the vehicle after it hit an embankment.
Investigators say he was not wearing a seatbelt.
