A driver was pulled from the wreckage of their SUV after it ended up on its side in between the eastbound and westbound lanes of the highway. It happened in front of the on ramp near the State Fair Grounds. First-responders from Solvay were on scene around 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon and used the the jaws of life to cut the driver out and take them to the hospital.
