Utica, N.Y. - Oneida County sheriff’s have arrested a 10-year-old boy for sexually abusing a 19-year-old woman.
The incident took place last week in a Utica home. The boy, who has not been identified was charged with first-degree sexual abuse.
The 10-year-old is accused of having sexual contact with the woman while she slept.
He was issued an appearance ticket and reased.
