How are you doing? No, really! How are you doing? I want to know?

Well how are you doing? I want to know! Many of you have reached out to check on me and I appreciate that more than you know. I want to know how you're doing!

How's life at home with the kids out of school? Are you working from home? Are you dealing with reduced ours? Job loss? When we got the unemployment figures this week, I was shocked. I knew that it would be bad, but the biggest number of claims ever?

Do you have toilet paper? I can't believe it's so hard to find toilet paper. Fortunately, I stocked up about 6 weeks ago. (Too much information?) The stores seem to be quieting down. The shelves seem to be well stocked. But, no toilet paper.

And how's your prayer life? No, no. Don't run. I'm not going to get preachy. I use to cringe when friends would ask me about my prayer life. First of all, it's a very personal thing. Prayer comes in many forms. We had a National Day a prayer a few weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised how many of you liked or commented on my social media posting about the day. The Pope prayed for the world this week. I'm guessing many of us are praying more than ever. Let's not forget to give thanks for what we do have right now. As hard as this pandemic is for many, it could be much worse.

Be sure to catch up or revisit with any of the newsmakers from this past week. The podcasts are available now below. Stay healthy!
