Utica, N.Y. - Utica Police have identified the victim from a homicide yesterday
The shooting occured on Blandina St.. The victim 26 year old Chante Miller was found dead by responding officers.
Investigators say at this point, it appears that Miller was a victim of a Murder/Attempted Suicide.
The suspect in this investigation remains in Critical Condition.
The Utica Police Department Major Crimes Unit continues to investigate the events leading up to this incident.
