NY Public Service Commission To Look Into Spectrum Outage

Albany, N.Y. - The New York Public Service Commission has announced that they will be looking into the Spectrum outage that took place last weekend.

The outage left millions of customers all across the Northeast with out cable , phone or internet.

Spectrum says damage to fiber optic lines was the culprit.

Customers can apply to get a credit from the company by calling their customer service lin.
