Clay, N.Y. - They say third time is a charm. Neighbors have finally gotten more insight about the Chick-Fil-A being proposed in Clay.
The meeting had been delayed twice prior. Last month, developers asked to cancel the meeting at the last minute.
Developers are now proposing a change in the footprint of the existing building on Route 31 to make it easier for drive-thru traffic to move through without disrupting those trying to dine in.
The initial plan was to start building the restaurant in spring. Developers have not proposed any changes to the timeline.
