Town of Diana, N.Y. - A Lewis County teen is dead after striking a vehicle head on.
New York State Police say yesterday afternoon 63 year old Kevin Martin, from Carthage,was traveling south on State Route 3 when he noticed a Jeep, operated by 19 year old Dylan Richards, from Harrisville, cross over into his lane in an attempt to pass another vehicle.
Martin swerved his vehicle but was struck head on by the jeep.
Richards was pronounced dead at the scene .
Martin and his passenger were transported to a Hospital with non-life threatening injuries
