Syracuse, N.Y. - A 55-year-old woman is in critical condition this morning after being hit by an SUV that fled the scene.
Syracuse Police officers say that the woman was hit on North Geddes Street near the intersection of West Genesee Street around 12:45 a.m. Thursday Officers say they found the woman unconscious and breathing when they rushed her to the hospital.
Police officers say they are looking for a newer white SUV with no front license plate. It should have heavy front drivers side damage.
