Syracuse, N.Y. - The City of Syracuse Department of Public Works will close the east and westbound lanes to all traffic on Hiawatha Boulevard W., between Pulaski Street and Van Rensselaer Street, beginning at 7 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 12.
Crews will be wokring on a sewer repair project.
The road is expected to re-open by the end of day on Sunday.
The northbound sidewalks will remain open to pedestrians.
Detour signs will be in place to redirect traffic to Bear Street W.
