Victor, N.Y. - New information is being released on the DWI arrest of former Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb.
According to court documents, Kolb's blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit when he crashed his state-issued SUV near his home in the Town of Victor on New Year's Eve. He also reportedly told deputies that he had several cocktails before getting behind the wheel.
Even though he stepped down from his minority leader post, Kolb will keep his seat in the Assembly.
