Assembly Minority Leader Arrested For Drunk Driving

Victor, N.Y. - Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb is in trouble with the law after being arrested for drunk driving.

The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says Kolb crashed his state-issued SUV near his home in the town of Victor on New Year's Eve. Kolb wasn't hurt and was released from custody after getting a ticket.

In a statement, Kolb apologized to the people in his district and said there is no excuse of justification for his arrest.

Last month, Kolb had urged New Yorkers not to drink and drive during the holidays.
