Uitca, N.Y. - Oneida county Sheriffs say a Verona Beach man has been arrested for having sexually abused a girl under the age of 13.
72 year old Paul Fuller has been arrested and charged with a variety of sex crimes against an underage girl. He was arrested at his home after an investigation that started in July.
The child victim has been offered counseling through the Advocacy Center and an Order of Protection has been requested against Fuller.
Fuller has been charged with the following:
- Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child Who is Less Than 13 Years of Age, a Class AII Felony.
- Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, a Class B Felony,
- Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the Second Degree, a Class D Felony.
