Auburn, N.Y. - Police in Auburn have arrested a man and two teens in the murder of a man earlier this month.
Aurburn Police say 22 year old Gage Ashley, 19 year old Tyree Anglin and 17 year old Luciano Spagnola used a shot gun and a handgun to kill 36 year old Joshua Poole in the early morning hours on Nov 15th. Police say Poole's death started as a robbery involving drugs.
Police found a vehicle they believe is connected to the shooting submerged in the Seneca River in Cato.
This is Auburn’s first homicide since 2013.
The three were charged as follows:
- Gage Basil Ashley, 22: first-degree murder
- Tyree Lemar Anglin, 19: second-degree murder and first-degree robbery
- Luciano Vincette Spagnola, 17: second-degree murder
