Syracuse, N.Y. - Former Doctor Robert Neulnader will be in court today.
It is his first time in an Onondaga County Court room since the State's Highest Court upheld the tossing out his murder conviction because of juror misconduct. The former OB/GYN has been free on bail since last June when a lower appellate court first overturned the conviction.
Neulander's second murder trial will be in the spring.
