Oil prices are extremely mixed this morning, while pump prices remain steady.
According to AAA, the average cost for a gallon of regular gas is $2.58. That's down a cent from last week and is also a penny cheaper than this time a month ago.
International benchmark Brent crude is up a dollar-two a barrel, to $63.30 while West Texas Intermediate crude is up three cents, to $57.75 a barrel.
Investors are finding some encouragement from a report that U.S. and Chinese negotiators had what Chinese state media called constructive talks in a high-level phone call Saturday.
The state average is $2.68 a gallon, while nationally it's $2.60.
