Syracuse, N.Y. - Robert Neulander won't need to appear in court for another two weeks.
Neulander, is now ordered to appear in person Nov.22. The change in court dates was announced by the judge after a phone conversation with his lawyers.
Neulander is accused of killing his wife, Leslie and trying to make it look like she fell in the shower. Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick will once again prosecute Neulander, who had his previous conviction overturned over juror misconduct.
Nuelander has a new lawyer this time around, Alexandra Shapiro, of New York City.
