Clay Town Board Votes On Massive Distribution Center Tonight

Town of Clay , N.Y. - The Clay Town Board will be voting on that proposed $350 million dollar distribution center tonight.

On the agenda is a zone change requested by developer Trammell Crow to permit the construction of a nearly 3.8-million-square-foot distribution facility on the site of the Liverpool Public Golf and Country Club. The property is zoned recreational and the board is being asked to change the zoning to industrial. Many are speculating that the tenant will be AMAZON.

The seven-member board will meet at 7:30 p.m. at Clay Town Hall.
