Parish, N.Y. - A Pulaski man is facing drunk driving charges following a crash on 81 in Oswego County.
State Police say 23-year-old Kody Koehler was driving drunk yesterday afternoon when he slammed his car into a guardrail on the highway in the town of Parish. Troopers say he had a BAC .14, nearly twice the legal limit.
Koehler is charged with DWI. He will be in the Town of Parish Court to answer the charges Nov. 5 at 7:30 p.m.
