Syracuse, N.Y. - A woman who spent time in jail for a deadly drunk driving crash, that killed her friend, is going back to jail.
26 year old Chelsea Kuss, was sentenced to one to three years in prison today. In April, Kuss crashed and flipped a car on West Genesee St. She was arrested by Syracuse Police for drunk driving.
Kuss was 17 when she hit a van head-on while driving drunk back in May of 2010. That crash killed, 17-year-old Victoria Deverso, of Liverpool. Kuss served six years for vehicular manslaughter.
