Cicero, N.Y. - Plans to build new apartments in Cicero have been scrapped.
The developer has decided to pull their proposal, according to the Town's Supervisor's Office. Plans called for the construction of four new buildings on South Bay Road which would've had eight apartments each.
Some neighbors said they were against the new apartments due to how close they'd be to their own homes.
