Clay, N.Y. - There is a little less mystery about the massive warehouse that is going to be built in Clay.
Although the tenant remains unknown, renderings of the facility the elusive tenant will be occupying were shown for the first time.
The developer and Town of Clay board members took a look at updated site plans for the 3.7 million-square-foot distribution center.
It will cost about $280 million to build what will be among the largest warehouses in the World.
The facility is expected to bring at least 1,000 new jobs to the area.
The next meeting scheduled for this project is Halloween, Oct. 31.
