Hannibal, N.Y. - An Oswego County man has been charged with sexually abusing a child
38 year old Timothy Bartlett, of Hannibal, was charged with sexual abuse after a month long investigation. Sheriff Deputies say the abuse was reported Aug. 25 and was with a child less than 11 years old.
Bartlett has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He remains in the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or a $5,000 bond.
