Syracuse, N.Y. - Onondaga County has announced that they ar edelaing with a phone outage. According to a tweet the Verizon outage has brought down the County phone system.
City Library phones are also effected and currently unavailable but Suburban library phones are unaffected.
Calls to 911 are not effected.
