Verona, N.Y. - An employee at Turning Stone Resort Casino has tested positive for Hepatitis A.
The Oneida Indian Nation says the employee is in good health, but will remain on leave until medical professionals say it's OK to return to work. Guests and employees who may have been exposed to Hepatitis A have already been contacted.
The virus affects the liver and can cause problems such as fever, fatigue and nausea. Anyone who was at the casino recently and has those symptoms is urged to call their doctor.
