Albany, N.Y. - Vapers in New York are going to have even less choice now when it comes to flavors.
Governor Cuomo says he wants a health planning board to hold an emergency meeting to add menthol to the lists of banned e-cigarette flavors. Cuomo says he is following the recommendation for the State Health Commissioner. Activists have said for years that tobacco companies, and then e-cig companies, marketed menthol to minority communities.
No word when the Public Health and Health Planning Council will meet.
